"As a little girl Angela Chartier told parents and friends in
Sheet Harbour she wanted to grow up to be an artist."
Bluenose Magazine, January - 1994.
In 1994, this Bluenose Mag article was already singing the praises of
Angela Chartier and her husband Philip Woods. By 1995, Angela's designer-husband
had finished building a studio in Annapolis Royal, producing a range
of colourful whimsical earthenware pottery that's sold all over the
world.

As the Studio's website tells us "Philip immigrated from England
in the 1970's with a pack on his back and an art school degree in his
pocket. Angela was waiting for him to help her fulfill a lifelong dream
of being an artist. Together they became Catfish Moon."
Now, Philip and Angela are preparing to open
an e-commerce store and expand. Make sure you email
them to be notified when the online shop is up and running - or
call 1.888.378.3899
